A hybrid fermented ale by Twisted Cat, co fermented with Chardonnay grapes and young wine from Alice Hartmann, then aged for several months in oak Chardonnay barrels. The result is a beautifully layered creation, developing notes of fresh fruit, subtle oak, soft tannins, and a refined wine like finish.
