Shipping Policy

We want your beer to arrive fast, fresh, and fizzing with excitement. Heres everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Twisted Cat Brewery.


Minimum Order
To keep things efficient and eco-friendly, we require a minimum purchase of €34 per order.


How We Ship
We currently work with INFLOW, a new division of Post Luxembourg that helps us deliver your beer safely and swiftly.


Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 6 working days across Europe.

For Luxembourg:

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered within 48 hours.

You'll receive a notification as soon as your package is on its way!


Local Pickup (Luxembourg)

Prefer picking up your order in person? No problem.

You can pay online and pick up directly from our brewery at KANTIN in Dudelange. We're also working with platforms like Uber Eats and Wolt for quicker local access!


Delivery Costs

We believe in sharing the load—literally.

  • Luxembourg: €5 (we cover 50% of the full cost)
  • Rest of Europe: €15 (we cover 50% here too!)

No hidden fees, and no bottle or can deposit, not even in countries where its usually required. Thats just how we roll.


Damaged Orders

Something went wrong with your delivery? Thats disappointing—well make it right as quickly as possible.

If your beer arrives damaged, just send us a quick message (with a photo if possible), and well replace the damaged items right away. No hassle, no waiting.


Merch Returns

Changed your mind about a t-shirt or tote bag?

We currently do not accept returns on merch, but we understand that things happen. If theres an issue, reach out to us—well happily look into your case and find the best solution together.
