At Twisted Cat we are committed to giving you an outstanding shopping experience and ensuring you're fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason your purrrchase doesn’t meet your expectations, please refer to our return policy below.
Return Conditions
Received something damaged? We're really sorry about that. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for a few photos of the product and the packaging so we can understand what went wrong. Once we’ve reviewed the situation, we’ll offer you:
- A full refund, or
- Correct order delivered to your door without any extra cost.
Oops, Our Bad (Order Errors)
If Twisted Cat messed up your order—sent the wrong item, got the quantity wrong, or anything else—let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a refund for the missing item or send the missing products with no additional cost, your choice.
Changed Your Mind?
Due to food safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products just because of a change of mind—so please make sure to double-check your order before placing it!

Missed Pickup?
If your package wasn’t collected on time or wrong address was provided and it comes back to us, the beer goes straight back into our stock.
- Want a refund? No problem—just note that we’ll deduct the original shipping costs and any return fees.
- Prefer we resend it? Get in touch within 30 days of your order and we’ll ship the same items again—you’ll just need to cover the shipping costs.
How It Works

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
2. We Review & Approve
Once we've validated your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps (no stress).
3. Costs
- No need to return damaged items—we’ll refund or credit you at no extra cost.
- If the order wasn’t picked up but was successfully delivered, return costs are on the customer.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of confirming your return.
We’ll refund shipping costs only if the issue was our fault or the product arrived damaged or incomplete.
