Ever wondered how your favourite beer goes from grain to glass? At Twisted Cat Brewery, we invite you to go beyond the pint and step into the heart of the action. Welcome to BrewSchool – an immersive, hands-on brewing experience led by our expert brewers.

Whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned home-brewer, BrewSchool offers a full day of discovery, creation, and of course – tasting. You'll follow the brewing process from start to finish, learning what makes a truly great beer while crafting your very own batch.

And the best part? A few weeks later, your beer will be ready – freshly tapped and waiting for you back at our brewpub.

What’s Brewing on the Day

🕘 9:00 – Start your day with coffee, tea and a croissant while meeting your brewer
🌾 9:15 – Learn about the ingredients that shape every great beer
🔥 9:30 – Time to brew! Get hands-on with the first steps of the process
🍺 10:00 – Guided tour & beer tastings across our range
🔧 11:30 – Continue the brewing process with expert guidance
🍽️ 12:00 – Enjoy a laid-back lunch inside the brewery, surrounded by the action
🌿 13:00 – Add hops and bring your wort to life
❄️ 14:00 – Cool, ferment, and pitch the yeast
🎉 15:00–16:00 – Celebrate with a pint of Twisted Cat beer and your BrewSchool certificate
🗓️ 2–3 weeks later – Come back and enjoy the beer you brewed, on tap at our brewpub
